๐ฆฌ The Buffalo Bills Helmet Story
The Bills debuted in the AFL in 1960 with a simple silver helmet, then switched to a white shell with a standing red buffalo in 1965. The famous charging blue buffalo with the red slash arrived in 1974 and has anchored the design ever since. From 1984 to 2010 it sat on a red shell before the team returned to the classic white look that collectors love today.
๐ง Collector's Trivia
